The new manager is very nice. It was a clean room with a reasonable price. Not fancy but newly remodeled. But I wasn't looking for fancy but more affordable that fit our budget. Our dogs liked the dog bones in the office for them!
It’s a dog friendly motel for 75$. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything smelled fine. Our dog loved coming with us! It was a nice stay and we would do it again. Most guests did have dogs but everything was still nice and quiet.
Reasonably priced clean rooms! Getting away here is affordable and relaxing. Each room we've stayed in at Our Place has been clean & comfortable. We've been about 6 or 7 times over the past few years. Sue & Scott who run the place are always helpful & so friendly! Part of the reason we love to go is to get to chat with them. Such nice people. Close to shops & places to eat & Long Beach is so great for walking and biking. This place is tucked back about 2 blocks from the main drag & sits among a neighborhood of houses which makes it quiet & good for sleeping. We will go again & again!
The room itself was very, very nice. It was clean, and pretty. The spa was super cute, and had appealing decor. It was comfortable, quiet, and not busy. It had a sauna, two hot tubs, private showers, and a little gym. The front desk woman was very kind, and allows you to borrow books, movies, and games. Super cozy and I would definitely come again.
Was a decent place to stay at the beach. It was close to everything in Long Beach which was nice. I didn't know they charged extra fees for dogs until I got to my unit unfortunately. The unit inside was nice and spacious, good value for the price.
Perfect location, very clean room, very nice. It has refrigerator and a microwave and the property is well-maintained. This is my new favorite spot in the Long Beach Peninsula area. You check in at the Oceanview Inn at the arc first very simple and then a few blocks away is the property, both properties matter which one you stay at are top knotch. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.
Our Place at the Beach is fantastic! I have never experienced such incredible customer survive. The owners are so sweet and caring; they want you to have a lovely time. The women gave wonderful book recommendations, as to what book to read and make delicious homemade muffins for breakfast. We forgot items in the room, and they mailed them back right away, how sweet! Yes, the rooms were older, but they were as clean as any fancy hotel. This is my new favorite place to stay in Long Beach.
Was a perfect affordable little place to stay. Close beach access, close the grocery store, close to Captain Bob's Chowder, and a short drive away to Cape Disappointment. The only thing I didn't like is they do not have any double queen bed rooms on the lower level so unfortunately the people below me were not happy at all. They were very rude and came knocking on my room door and told me to control my children and stop all the running and noise making, which is why I had requested and hoped for a lower level room because all 3 of my kids are special needs, and they are 5 and younger. I did my best to keep them somewhat calm and quiet. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I apologize to the motel staff and anyone else who may have been affected by my children's noise.
